The Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) is a globally recognized, hands-on program for anyone in a leadership role who wants to become a more effective teacher, trainer, or facilitator. Why Knowledge Incubator?
At Knowledge Incubator, ISW is led by our founder, Misha Lidder, an accredited facilitator with over a decade of experience. Each session is engaging, inclusive, and collaborative, designed to build confidence as well as skills. Misha has facilitated ISW for professionals across fields, including the Canada Coast Guard, science professors, 911 instructors, emergency services managers, and community leaders. With her approachable style, you gain practical wisdom you can apply immediately in your own lesson plans and training sessions.
Workshop Details
Length: 5 days (synchronous + asynchronous guided LMS learning)
Eligibility: Open to participants at any stage in their career
Certificate: Receive an internationally recognized credential upon completion of all components
